Privacy Policy
Our clients privacy is of the utmost importance to us and thus we have developed our privacy policy. This policy will outline to you why and how we collect, use and disclose any personal information. The policy is outlined below:
- Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
- We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
- We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
- We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
- Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
- We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
- We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Spa Etiquette
We would like to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their spa experience. We therefore request the following:
- Cell Phones must be placed on silent or vibrate
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment (First time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior).
- If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours in advance (48 hours for group or 3+ hour packages)
- If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be cut short or rescheduled.
Late arrivals – please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments unless our schedule permits.
Cancellation
We value your business and appreciate your co-operation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum 24 hrs. notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Because we block out time for a room and a service provider from our schedule for your appointment, 50% payment will be deducted from a credit card on file for the following conditions:
- Less than 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Less than 48 hour notification to cancel or reschedule group services or package of more than 3 hours.
- No-show or missed appointments.

A credit card will be required in order to secure the requested date and time for groups (3 or more people), special occasion, and packages greater than 3 hours in length. If the cancellation policies are not adhered to, the credit card on file will be subject to a 50% charge of the total services.
Gift Cards & Gratuity:
Please note that way spa gift cards cannot be redeemed for Hair or RMT services. Additionally, gratuity cannot be paid using gift cards.
For group bookings of 4 or more and packages, a 15% gratuity will be automatically added.

In order to treat you safely we require you to fill out an accurate health history form prior to receiving treatment.
